Managed end-to-end sponsor and exhibitor relationships for DTW Ignite in Copenhagen, Innovate Americas in Dallas and Innovate Asia in Bangkok. Oversaw complex event logistics across EMEA, the US and APAC, including venues, travel, booth installations and registration systems. Delivered all contractual obligations, collaborated across marketing, operations and production teams, and contributed to pricing and commercial strategy.
